Booking & Pricing
How much does an RC racing event cost?
Three packages, published prices, no surprises: $499 — party at our indoor venue in Lawndale (up to 50 guests). $999 — we bring the track to your location. $1,649 — premium setup for large-scale events. Weekend dates, last-minute bookings, and locations over 30 miles from Lawndale carry priority rates. Full details on the pricing page.
How far in advance should I book?
3–4 weeks for most events. Weekend dates in spring and fall go first. Large corporate events (100+ people) need 6–8 weeks for track design and logistics. Last-minute? Call us — sometimes we can make it happen with a priority booking rate.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a deposit locks your date, with the balance due on event day. Get a free event plan and we’ll walk you through the exact terms for your date and package.
Logistics & Space
How much space does the portable track need?
The standard track is 25×15 ft. and needs flat ground — backyard, office common area, parking structure, ballroom, rooftop. Tighter space? We design custom layouts. Our F1 activation scales up to 40×40 ft. for convention floors.
How long does setup take?
Under 2 hours for the standard track, and teardown is faster. We arrive early, build quietly, and leave the space exactly as we found it — cleanup is included in every package.
Indoor or outdoor — which is better?
Both work. Indoor gives consistent conditions year-round — our Lawndale venue or any hall you rent. Outdoor fits bigger tracks and bigger groups in LA’s mild weather. We race rain or shine indoors; outdoor events need a weather backup plan, which we help you build.
Which areas do you serve?
Home base is Los Angeles — all of LA County plus Orange County, San Diego, and the Inland Empire. We regularly travel to Las Vegas and take large events nationwide — we’ve run a 3-day activation at the Seattle Convention Center. See all service areas.
The Racing
What ages can race?
Ages 6 and up — and we mean the “up” part. Kids’ parties, teen birthdays, adult bachelor parties, corporate tournaments with 60-year-old executives: same cars, adjusted speeds, equally competitive. The controls take about 3 minutes to learn.
What kind of cars do you use?
Professional RC chassis with tunable suspension and replica bodies — Porsche, Ferrari, and for F1 events: Ferrari, McLaren, Mercedes-AMG Petronas, Williams liveries. Speeds up to 25 mph. Engineered competition, not toy-store cars. We maintain and repair everything on site during your event.
How many people can race at once?
6–8 cars run simultaneously per heat. With fast rotation and computerized timing, we entertain 50–75 people per hour — at large events, hundreds race in a day with zero downtime.
What happens if a car breaks?
Our race marshals swap it in seconds. We bring spare cars, spare parts, and tools to every event — a pit crew is part of the package. The racing doesn’t stop.
Is it safe?
Yes. Drivers stand outside the barriers — only the cars take the risks. The track is fully enclosed with barriers, and marshals manage every heat. It’s motorsport adrenaline with none of the motorsport liability.
