Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of RC Racing Event’s services, including event bookings, track rentals, and off-site engagements. By submitting a request or participating in our events, you agree to these Terms.


1. Services Provided

RC Racing Event offers RC track rentals, racing events, team building activities, corporate entertainment, and birthday party services both on-site and at off-site venues. Services must be booked in advance, and confirmations are subject to staff approval.


2. Booking, Cancellations, and Refunds

All bookings are considered final unless confirmed otherwise in writing. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 48-72 hours in advance may receive a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event. RC Racing Event reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or force majeure.


3. Participant Responsibility and Conduct

All participants must follow instructions and safety protocols. Inappropriate, reckless, or dangerous behavior may result in removal from the event without refund. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors.


4. Risk Assumption and Waiver

Participation in RC racing and related activities is at your own risk. You release RC Racing Event, its staff, and affiliates from all liability for injuries, losses, or damages sustained during participation.


5. Equipment Damage

You agree to handle all RC equipment responsibly. Any damage—whether from negligence or misuse—may result in repair or replacement fees.


6. Photo & Video Release

By attending our events, you grant permission to use your likeness in photos/videos for marketing. You may opt out by submitting a written request before the event.


7. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, and media on our website or produced at events are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved in California courts.
