You get a concrete plan with pricing — the same three transparent packages published on this site. No “schedule a discovery call to learn the price.”
We Design the Setup
Send a photo or dimensions of your space — backyard, ballroom, office floor, resort lawn — and we design the track layout around it. Standard footprint is 25×15 ft.; the F1 Experience scales to 40×40 ft.
A deposit locks the date. Corporate events get a written run-of-show; parents get one text: “we’ve got it.”
Race Day: We Build, You Host
Crew arrives ~2 hours before start. Track, barriers, cars, timing system, screens — assembled and tested before your first guest sees it.
Marshals brief the drivers (3 minutes), run practice laps, then heats: qualifying → brackets → finals → podium. 50–75 racers per hour, non-stop. Cars break? Pit crew swaps them in seconds.
We Vanish. The Story Stays.
Teardown takes about an hour — we leave the space exactly as we found it. Cleanup is in every package, not an add-on.
Your guests leave with race certificates, podium photos, and an answer to “what did you do this weekend?” that nobody else has.
We arrive and build — cars prepped, track laid, timing wired.
Your guests race in heats — no queues, up to 8 cars at once.
Podium and awards close the event — then we pack up and vanish.
